Anna-Carin Ingemansson is appointed SVP, People & Culture of Adven Group. Based in Adven’s Stockholm office, Anna-Carin will lead and further develop our People & Culture strategy and function across the Group.

This is a pivotal role in Adven’s strategic journey. As the company continues to grow and strengthen its impact, Anna-Carin Ingemansson will be instrumental in driving our People & Culture strategy and building an inclusive, high-performing culture in close collaboration with all areas of the business.
Anna-Carin joins Adven from Caverion, where she most recently has held the position of HR Director. Before that Anna-Carin worked at Polygon and Eltel Networks in leadership roles within human resources.

Adven develops the district heating system in the Levi region in Finland and invests in the construction of an electric boiler and district heating accumulator in the area. The investment decision responds to the growing heat demand in the area and the need for changes in the energy system.
